On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026,Helping Hands Without Borders Canada is proud to host a special virtual event in recognition of this global movement for equality and empowerment.This year’s theme,“Rights, Justice, Action.

The IWD 2026 theme,“Give To Gain,” promotes a powerful mindset of generosity, collaboration, and shared growth.This campaign highlights the importance of reciprocity,mutual support, and empowerment in strengthening communities and advancing women’s rights.By giving our time, knowledge, and resources, we collectively contribute to a more supportive, inclusive, and interconnected world.Through this panel discussion, the event aims to raise awareness,foster meaningful and constructive dialogue,and share valuable resources that inspire informed and supportive action against gender-based violence and discrimination.
