Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Naveen Sanchar

With the support of the Consulate General of Nepal in Jeddah, Nepali scholars studying at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) participated in the multicultural event titled “Flavours of Nations”, held at the university premises on 10 February 2026.

On the occasion, Nepali students showcased and distributed a variety of authentic Nepali dishes, highlighting the rich culinary heritage and cultural identity of Nepal. The Nepali stall drew considerable attention and appreciation from the diverse international community present at the event.

The Consul General of Nepal, Mr. Paras Pandit, along with other officials from the Consulate, attended the program and encouraged the participating scholars. Their presence further strengthened the spirit of cultural exchange and community engagement.

The event provided an excellent platform to promote Nepal’s traditions, diversity, and national identity within an international academic environment.
