Narad Acharya Sudama December 7, 2025
The QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Gatekeeper Training was successfully conducted on December 7th, 2025, marking an important milestone in our community’s ongoing commitment to suicide prevention, mental-health awareness, and compassionate leadership.

This impactful training session was made possible through the dedicated efforts of our QPR-certified trainers Narad Adhikari, Bhim Thapaliya, and Keshav Ghimirey, whose generous investment of time, knowledge, and encouragement played a vital role in empowering participants with life-saving skills. Their professionalism and heartfelt commitment ensured that every attendee gained confidence in recognizing warning signs, initiating supportive conversations, and connecting individuals to appropriate resources.

We extend our special gratitude to Mr. Nakul Sharma, CEO of Himalayan Taekwondo, for graciously providing the training hall. His support reflects the strong spirit of collaboration within our community and demonstrates how organizations can play a crucial role in promoting mental-wellness initiatives.
A heartfelt thank you to all the participants who attended the program with enthusiasm, openness, and readiness to learn. Your presence and engagement strengthened the impact of this training, helping build a safer, more supportive environment for everyone.

This successful event serves as a reminder that when community leaders, trainers, organizations, and individuals come together with a shared purpose, we can truly make a difference. With continued efforts like this, we move one step closer to creating a community where every life is valued and every person feels heard.
